Warranty – maintenance policy

QUOC MINH ECM CO., LTD always has a thoughtful product warranty for customers who buy products from the Company.

For Water Treatment Materials products: The Company will warrant the product in accordance with the general provisions of the Manufacturer.

For Supply – Installation orders: QUOC MINH CO., LTD ECM will guarantee the equipment according to the agreement between The Company and the Customer and are specified in the Quotation / Order / Contract with the Customer.

After-sales service: such as maintenance, maintenance of machines, water treatment equipment is an important part of Main Our Customer Care Books. Depending on the agreement, the Company will have a maintenance plan for free or for a fee, the Customer may request maintenance services when needed.
