Policy change – return – refund

The customer is entitled to return the goods in the following cases:

The delivery department delivered the goods wrongly but did not fix it in time.

The specifications of goods and equipment are not in accordance with the Price / Order / Contract without satisfactory resolution to affect production and business activities business, activities of the Customer.

Return and refund procedures are in accordance with the Law.

Customers are not allowed to return the goods in the following cases:

Specification of goods and equipment strictly according to the Price / Order / Contract.

Customer preserves goods improperly according to agreed instructions or catalogs, manuals handed over upon delivery.

Customers use the wrong purpose, beyond the allowed capacity (for machines, water treatment equipment …) without notice to the Company instructions.
